2 yıl önce bugün Türkiye tarihinin en büyük iş faciasını yaşadı. Soma'daki kömür madeninde resmi açıklamalara göre 301 madenci öldü. 432 tane çocuk yetim kaldı, 255 tane kadın eşini kaybetti. Bu bir kaza değildi. Kötü çalışma koşullarının göstere göstere yarattığı bir durumdu. Son iki yılda ülkemizde iş kazaları hiç durmadan devam etti hatta arttı. Yaşam alanlarımız hala katlediliyor...

2 years ago today, Turkey had experienced one of its biggest work disasters. Regarding official announcements 301 miners had died in Soma coal mine. 432 children were orphaned. 255 women had lost their spouses. This was not an accident. It was the obvious outcome of the terrible working conditions. In the last two years work accidents had not stopped in our country, in fact they grew more everyday. Our habitats are still being slaughtered...
Within this ongoing cruelty i sometimes think i went mad. And i talk to myself on these pages, fabrics. With paints, threads, with my hands...
